Aikido Yuishinkai is a modern, dynamic, Japanese art of protection that teaches practical self defence and the principles to unify mind, body and spirit.
These principles can
cultivate a positive mind which can be used in daily life to enhance performance and wellbeing.

We train with a sense of purpose to develop the principles of  'Aiki' to resolve conflict rather than phyiscal power or direct confrontation. Through diligent practice we learn how to work in harmony with each other and by co-ordinating mind, body and spirit we can grow as individuals.

Our dojo provides a supportive and creative training environment based on tolerance, equality and ethical values which strives to communicate Aikido as the 'Art of Peace' to all who enter; ours is a dojo of conscious exploration.

If you wish to study Aikido Yuishinkai in a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere then feel free to drop byYou are welcome to watch or better still, step on the mat and give it a try!
